This initial consultation is designed to help parents take a first, supported step toward understanding what their child may be struggling with. It’s a gentle, no-pressure conversation focused on your concerns and how therapy could support your child’s wellbeing. We’ll talk through what’s been happening, what support might look like for your child’s age, and how sessions typically work. There’s no commitment required, just an opportunity to ask questions, feel reassured, and decide whether this feels like the right next step for your family.
